Payment

  • To make a purchase please contact the gallery during business hours or email us.
  • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express).
  • We also accept Paypal our Paypal address is imperialfineart@aol.com, Money Orders,
    Cashier's Checks, Personal Checks (time to clear) is required, and Bank wire transfers
    (with prior agreement), Buyer is responsible for costs.
  • All prices and quotes are stated in US Dollars. An Invoice will be provided on any and
    all purchases.
  • All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the payment method provider.
  • Sales tax of 7% will be charged for Florida residents only or as applicable by law.
  • Import duty and/or excise tax is not usually applicable in the USA. For overseas and
    other shipments, please contact your local authority.
  • We also offer our Premiere Payment Plan. This Premiere Payment Plan consist
    of either a 2, 3, or 4 Month No Interest Layaway/Payment Plan. A 50% non-
    refundable down payment is required and the outstanding balance to be paid within the
    agreed Premiere Payment Plan schedule. If payments are not received within the
    required time period, the sale will be cancelled and the artwork will be offered to other
